Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method within 10 business days.
